HIGH PERFORMANCE LEADERSHIP
Discover the Admired Leadership Institute®, a meticulously designed three-day experience in Italy, for senior leaders. Castello di Casiglio — a 15th-century castle set in the hills above Lake Como — offers one of Europe’s most quietly distinguished settings as a backdrop for an unforgettable leadership experience: rigorous learning, meaningful peer dialogue, and rich cultural experiences — all designed to equip leaders to raise their standard of performance.
Drawing on four decades of research into what makes leaders extraordinary, this program explores what high-performance leadership looks like in practice — under pressure and across cultures. We translate that research into specific, actionable behaviors: precision in goal setting, leading under pressure, delivering feedback that lands, building followership, and closing the distance between intention and impact.
The work doesn’t end at departure. Participants leave with sharper habits, stronger instincts, and a network of peers worth calling.

The Castello di Casiglio Experience
In addition to the working sessions around high-performance leadership, the program draws on the singular character of Castello di Casiglio — a 15th-century castle thoughtfully restored into a Relais & Spa in the hills of Erba. Stone walls, centuries-old trees, and elegant gardens form the backdrop for peer dialogue, personal reflection, and shared discovery.
Castello di Casiglio sits above Lake Como in Northern Italy, a setting that is accessible yet apart — just 45km from Milan Linate and 55 km from Milan Malpensa. With its pioneering approach to high-level hospitality and world-class surroundings, the Castello provides the ideal conditions for the kind of reflection that reshapes how you lead.
The program draws on the full character of Northern Italy. An evening hands-on culinary experience. A walk along Como’s waterfront. A sunset cruise on the lake. A leadership experience at Monza. A Gala Dinner within the castle’s gardens. Every element is designed to foster the authentic connections that make this experience unlike any other.
