Emma Mufraggi

Emma coaches and advises C-suite leaders, senior executives, and teams at Fortune 500 companies and high-growth startups. Specializing in leadership development, she champions a pragmatic approach inspired by elite sports to develop winning routines and leadership behaviors that work. Her clients span the globe and include AllianceBernstein, Blavity Inc., Caesars, The CFA Institute, Davidson Kempner, Dell Technologies, Insight, Morgan Stanley, Ralph Lauren, Tory Burch, and YPO. 

With more than 20 years of experience, Emma previously led international teams at L’Oréal and had a career across Europe, America, and Latin America before transitioning to executive coaching. She has worked with a number of game-changers, including the leading Coach to 11 number-one-ranked ATP / WTA Tennis players. She regularly counsels her clients on optimizing feedback, communication, prioritization, and leading multicultural teams. 

Emma holds a master’s in marketing and communication from ESCP Business School (ranked 4th in Europe by the FT) and is fluent in English, French, and Spanish. She is an ACC-accredited coach with the International Coaching Federation and a YPO-certified facilitator. She is also certified in high-performance mindset and coaching resilience. She has been a guest lecturer on High Performance at HEC (No. 1 ranked Business School in Paris). A native of London, Emma is based in Dallas, where she and her family love the outdoors and all things sports.
