Wes Bender

Wes leads business development for CRA | Admired Leadership, building strategy, infrastructure, and relationships that drive growth for the firm. He connects leaders to the power of a behavioral approach to leadership and inspires others with his enthusiasm for new methods and strategies.
Prior to joining CRA | Admired Leadership, Wes was responsible for major projects within FranklinCovey and the YMCA. He has extensive experience in designing tools to collect mission-critical insights, facilitating customized planning processes, and developing people.
Wes graduated from Lipscomb University in 2002 with degrees in Bible, Biology, and German. He is co-author of Strengthening the Organizational Heart: 15 Timeless Lessons from John R. Mott.
Wes is based in Nashville, Tennessee, where he volunteers alongside his wife and three kids for various non-profits. He is passionate about children realizing their full potential and engages specifically in the areas of education and food insecurity.
