With deep expertise in organizational development, strategic leadership, and stakeholder engagement, Wanda has spent her 20-year career advising private and public companies and large nonprofits, including AbbVie, AstraZeneca, Kimberly-Clark, Marriott, SkinCeuticals, Ultimate Care Group, United Way Worldwide, and Volvo North America.
A lifelong learner, Wanda holds a master’s degree in organizational leadership from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business, an advanced master’s certificate in human resources from Cornell University, along with degrees in experimental psychology and statistics from Howard University. This academic foundation spanning organizational psychology, leadership development, and statistical analysis brings a research-based perspective that enhances the behavioral approach to leadership development.
Wanda extends her leadership beyond the corporate realm as an advocate for addressing hunger and homelessness among college students. Having lived and worked internationally, she brings a global lens to leadership development and organizational change.
