Sean has spent more than a decade as an advisor and partner to elite performers and leaders in business and sport. His work emphasizes how elite leaders develop a consistent and credible reputation, forge high-performing teams, and establish routines for peak performance.
Prior to joining CRA | Admired Leadership, Sean spent more than 15 years in the healthcare industry, developing top talent and generating a level of success that increased revenue within his organizations. During his time as an executive, Sean was responsible for developing and implementing significant changes that would help establish a new culture of high performance, accountability, and growth throughout the organization. His experience leading teams through uncertainty and change by adopting effective communication and followership behaviors positions him well for clients seeking counsel in their respective roles and career journeys.
Sean earned a BA from Duke University and was a four-year letter winner on the Duke baseball team. He resides in Sacramento, California, with his wife and son, where he is a volunteer with Big Brothers Big Sisters of America. Constantly pushing his physical limits with team races, he participates in triathlons, Tough Mudder, and Ragnar races.
