Driven by a people-first philosophy and a stakeholder mindset, Rebekah began her career in higher education, contributing to institutional strategy and employee experience initiatives, before moving into market research where she supported innovation work for Fortune 100 and 500 clients while championing internal communication and change management.
Rebekah holds a BA in Communication with a minor in Applied Leadership from Oakland University and an MS in Organizational Communication from Murray State University, where she focused on leadership and group dynamics.
A Michigan native based in Chicago, Rebekah loves traveling, playing sports, and exploring the local food & music scenes.
