Rachel LeWitt

Rachel advises leaders and teams on developing communication strategies, navigating change, and building authentic relationships.

With more than a decade of professional experience, Rachel thrives in complexity — be it collaborating across global teams, communicating difficult decisions with sensitivity, or simplifying the intricacies of strategy. She has partnered with senior leaders to navigate layoffs, business transformations, organizational restructures, benefits redesigns, and office moves, bringing a reassuring presence through it all.

Rachel holds a BA in Psychology and English from Lafayette College. Earlier in her career, she taught English in Malaysian Borneo as a Fulbright English Teaching Assistant and conducted social science research at Brandeis University.

Rachel is based in Bellingham, Washington, where she enjoys paddleboarding, baking bread, and walking in the woods with her family.
