Natalie Nichols
CONSULTANT
Natalie partners with communication leaders to develop strategies that drive clarity and results. Her client work spans a range of industries, where she helps leaders sharpen executive messaging, align internal communication, and build infrastructure that connects strategy to action.
Prior to joining CRA | Admired Leadership®, Natalie worked as an instructional designer with Princess Cruises, where she supported launching and training the fleet’s largest ship and created fleetwide updates to brand standards and leadership programs. She also served as editor-in-chief of the Oxford Review of Books, leading an international team of writers and editors.
Natalie holds an MPhil in Linguistics from the University of Oxford, where she earned a Distinction for her work in narrative formation and coherence. Prior to her graduate work, she graduated summa cum laude from Wheaton College, earning a BA in English Writing and International Relations.
A Minneapolis native now living in Chicago, Natalie enjoys exploring the outdoors, making a mess in her kitchen, and finding the best local coffee shops.
