Natalie Nichols

Natalie partners with leaders to develop and refine communication strategies to deliver goal-oriented outcomes for diverse audiences and teams.
Prior to joining CRA | Admired Leadership, Natalie worked as an instructional designer with Princess Cruises, where she launched and trained the fleet’s largest ship, and created fleetwide updates to brand standards and leadership programs. She also served as editor-in-chief of the Oxford Review of Books, leading an international team of writers and editors.
Natalie earned a BA in English Writing and International Relations from Wheaton College and holds an MPhil with Distinction in Linguistics from the University of Oxford, where she specialized in narrative formation and coherence.
A Minneapolis native now living in Chicago, Natalie enjoys exploring the outdoors, making a mess in her kitchen, and finding the best local coffee shops.
