As the sponsor of the KIVA (microfinance) and Action Against Hunger clubs, she leads students to address pressing global challenges, inspiring them to become proactive and empathetic leaders.
A lifelong learner, Natalie holds a BA in Social Studies Education and two MAs—one in History from Villanova University and in Educational Leadership from Pennsylvania State University. Natalie witnessed firsthand the value of leadership and collaboration in diverse, multicultural environments growing up on military bases in Germany and England. Her experiences shaped her own leadership and fostered a deep commitment to guiding students to become informed, compassionate global citizens. Natalie is also a recognized leader among her colleagues. As a building representative for her district’s local teachers’ union, she advocates for the professional needs of educators. She leads initiatives to support and strengthen her school’s teaching community to foster a positive and collaborative environment for both teachers and students.
