Nancy Voith

MANAGING DIRECTOR

Nancy advises clients on a variety of communication issues, particularly those related to strategic culture challenges, crisis communications, and hard-to-find, game-changing communication talent.

With more than 25 years of professional experience, Nancy has led teams in virtually every area of the communication function, including brand, C-suite counsel, community affairs, employee communication, government relations / lobbying, issues management, marketing communication, and media relations. Her specialties include evaluating, hiring, and coaching professionals, as well as determining the best talent matches for senior communication roles and driving change through complex global organizations.

Prior to joining CRA | Admired Leadership, Nancy was a press secretary in Washington, D.C. She previously led multiple global communications and marketing functions for tech giant EDS, including its $11B Americas Region. There she helped increase media presence and brand visibility by more than 100% and, as a member of EDS’ original brand team, designed the company’s voice and approach. Nancy was also the author / instructor of EDS’ brand, issues management, media training, and public relations training programs.

Nancy holds a BS in Journalism / Public Relations from the University of Tennessee. She is proficient in German, having studied her junior year at Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich; she is further accredited by the Public Relations Society of America and has served as a national senior judge for its Silver Anvil Awards since 1991.

Nancy is based in Knoxville, Tennessee, where she and her family contribute time and talent to helping grow a vibrant culture, theatre, and arts community. She and her husband, Kenneth, travel extensively throughout the United States and around the globe. They are particularly fond of sailing, scuba diving, and making new friends in other cultures.
