Mike Micallef

Mike brings a unique perspective to leadership coaching, shaped by more than 20 years on the client side of the equation. Before joining CRA | Admired Leadership, he spent that time helping organizations solve their most pressing development challenges, including six years working closely with Learning and Development leaders to identify gaps and deploy expert consultants tailored to specific needs. That experience gave him an unusually clear view of what organizations actually struggle with when trying to grow their leaders, and what it takes to solve those problems well.

At CRA, he applies that knowledge in two ways: coaching executives directly and partnering with organizations to design leadership development programs. In both, he draws on ALEX, CRA’s AI leadership coach built on 40 years of proprietary research spanning more than 15,000 executives.

Mike graduated from California State University, San Bernardino, where he was a member of the baseball team. He is based in Southern California, and when he is not working or watching one of his kids play baseball, you can find him fly fishing, hiking, camping, or following just about any sport worth watching.
