Michelle Davis is an executive communication advisor who helps leaders strengthen their presence, credibility, and effectiveness in high-stakes business environments. With a background spanning leadership development, communication coaching, and speech-language pathology, Michelle works across healthcare, consumer goods, professional services, technology, financial services, and manufacturing. Her expertise includes executive presence, strategic messaging, stakeholder influence, presentation effectiveness, and communication during periods of organizational change.

Michelle has supported professionals at every stage of leadership, from emerging managers to C-suite executives, and has designed leadership development initiatives for Fortune 500 organizations. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Sciences from the University of Wisconsin–Madison and a Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology from Northwestern University.
