Michelle Davis

Michelle Davis is an executive communication advisor who helps leaders strengthen their

decade, she has partnered with senior executives and high-potential talent to enhance their
impact in presentations, meetings, and critical stakeholder interactions.

With a background spanning leadership development, communication coaching, and
speech-language pathology, Michelle works across healthcare, consumer goods, professional
services, technology, financial services, and manufacturing. Her expertise includes executive
presence, strategic messaging, stakeholder influence, presentation effectiveness, and
communication during periods of organizational change.

Michelle has supported professionals at every stage of leadership, from emerging managers to

Michelle holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Sciences from the University of
Wisconsin–Madison and a Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology from
Northwestern University. Her work combines evidence-based communication principles with a
