Michael provides internal and external creative strategy and design leadership for CRA | Admired Leadership and the firm’s branded products and services.
With more than 30 years of professional experience, Michael’s design aesthetic is not just a discipline of strategy and appropriate design, but also the visual distillation of storytelling aimed to inspire organizational transformation. His philosophy is based on the belief that humans deserve better brands, more purposeful organizations, and greater empathy.
Michael’s previous work includes the creation of branding and marketing programs for Berkley-Fishing, Burpee Seed Co. (W. Atlee Burpee & Co.), DuPont, Emotion Kayaks, Integral Group, Lutron Electronics, Mount Nittany Medical Center, Shimano, Stonewall Golf Club, The Victaulic Company, and W.L. Gore.
Michael holds a BA in Fine Art and Design from Rowan University and is based in Northern Chester County, Pennsylvania. He is a proud father and loves family, music, art, nature, cooking, gardening, painting, photography, and playing golf. Back in the day, Michael was a right-handed pitcher for two consecutive NCAA National Championship College World Series Division III baseball teams.
