Prior to joining CRA | Admired Leadership, Melissa worked with executives and decision makers to accelerate growth and build lasting client relationships. Her career spans diverse industries, including high-growth technology companies in finance, automotive, and board recruitment. Early in her career, Melissa worked with several best-selling business authors and speakers to introduce proprietary training and development programs to organizations focused on employee engagement and retention.

For over a decade, Melissa has served as a trusted advisor to organizations navigating digital transformation and leveraging technology to enhance their operations and increase revenue. She is passionate about AI’s ability to transform business and leadership, and she stays closely attuned to its rapidly evolving landscape.

Melissa studied Communication at Santa Clara University and French at the University of Paris-Sorbonne. She is based in Stuart, Florida. When she is not spending time with family or playing tennis, you can find her at the beach or leaning into her new hobby of vibe-coding to create new apps.
