Matt provides strategic communication counsel and leadership coaching to leaders and teams across a range of industries, from Fortune 500 companies to the public sector. He brings a nuanced perspective to his client engagements, grounded in more than a decade of experience in strategy, advisory, and coaching roles.
As a strategic communication advisor, Matt prides himself on simplifying the complex and partnering with executives to create compelling messages and communication strategies that drive business outcomes.
Clients also look to Matt for his expertise in generative artificial intelligence and, specifically, its implications and applications for communication and leadership. He works with a wide range of leaders and teams to harness the potential of this technology while mitigating risks, and he is a lead writer of Confluence, CRA | Admired Leadership’s publication on the intersection of generative AI and corporate communication.
Matt holds a BA from the University of Notre Dame and lives in the Chicago area with his family. Outside of work, he enjoys cooking, reading widely, and spending time with his family.
