With more than 20 years of professional experience as both practitioner and consultant — in corporate, executive, internal, field, and brand communication roles, spanning major consumer brands, nonprofit organizations, early-stage startups, agencies, and commodity groups — Lisa has deep expertise in designing and facilitating team sessions, leading in dynamic and decentralized organizational structures, and identifying elegant solutions to complex challenges. She is a sought-after facilitator and speaker, delivering engaging and insightful content that is backed by extensive leadership research. As a coach, Lisa blends a relational style with actionable behavior change.

Lisa holds a BA in Organizational Communication and English Literature from North Central College. She is based in Oak Park, Illinois, where she resides with her husband and two children and is actively involved in the community. Outside of the office, she enjoys meditation, walking, gardening, reading, and the arts.
