Leticia Hartmann

Leticia advises senior leaders on achieving the next level of performance. Her areas of expertise include fostering collaborative and effective teams, designing developmental programs, enhancing influence and followership, and cultivating trusting relationships. She has worked with Fortune 500 companies, hedge funds, private equity firms, and startups across more than fifteen industries, including organizations such as Bank of America / Merrill Lynch, BankUnited, BlackRock, The Carlyle Group, Charles Schwab, Dell Technologies, Havas Media, Meta, Microsoft, Morgan Stanley, Novartis, Oppenheimer, Oracle, Point72, and Tory Burch, among others.

Before joining CRA | Admired Leadership, Leticia spent 20 years in various leadership roles in the technology industry. Through managing global teams in sales, strategic partnerships, and distribution, she developed a broad perspective on the business world and an in-depth understanding of talent development in complex environments. Leticia experienced the effectiveness of coaching as a senior executive for Oracle Corporation in 2004 and was a pioneer in adopting the principles of leading as a coach.

Leticia is a guest lecturer on Admired Leadership and a sought-after facilitator on leadership style. She received her BA in Business Administration from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul in Brazil. She holds a graduate degree in International Business and Marketing from Florida International University, and she completed an Executive Program in Leadership at Stanford Graduate School of Business. She is also a Professional Certified Coach by the International Coach Federation and holds a Professional Coach Certification from the University of Miami.

Leticia is fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, and currently lives in Miami with her husband and two children.
