Kendra Dahlstrom

MANAGING DIRECTOR

Kendra advises senior leaders and teams on how to build the behaviors that allow them to operate with clarity and confidence when the stakes are highest.

Her work focuses on the leadership behaviors that matter most under pressure — in board meetings, M&A, reorganizations, PE and pre-IPO transitions, enterprise transformation, high-volume communication environments, and critical leadership transitions including first-time CxOs and senior promotions where the rules of the game change and performance alone is no longer sufficient.

Kendra has supported C-suite leaders and private equity-backed executives across Fortune 100 and Fortune 50 organizations including Amazon Web Services, Amazon Prime, Cisco, Cohesity, Delta Dental, HPE, Intel, Venerable Financial, VMware, and Western Digital, among others.

Prior to joining CRA | Admired Leadership, Kendra led executive coaching at AWS, directed global executive leadership and development at VMware, and held senior leadership roles spanning M&A operations, human capital, brand experience, and executive communication, giving her firsthand perspective on the organizational pressures her clients navigate.

Kendra earned a B.S. in Consumer Psychology from the University of Arizona. She holds credentials from the International Coaching Federation as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC), is a Board-Certified Coach, and is certified as a Master Facilitator for Executive Leadership Teams.

Kendra lives in East Tennessee with her husband and two teenage sons. Outside of work, she is a certified yoga teacher, an avid paddleboarder and hiker, a former hospice volunteer, and a supporter of Beagle rescue. She can also reliably be found on a football sideline watching her two boys.
