John Schoew

MANAGING DIRECTOR

John Schoew advises senior leaders across several industries, including finance, technology, energy, and healthcare. With over two decades of executive experience across corporate, consulting, non-profit, and start-up environments, John brings a multifaceted perspective to coaching and advising leaders.  He specializes in supporting leaders on navigating significant change, strategic thinking and execution, building and leading high-performance teams, and interpersonal effectiveness, among other topics. 

Having worked for over 20 years as a senior leader at companies like Accenture, Palantir, and Honeywell in diverse locales across the US, Europe, and the Middle East, John has honed a deep understanding of senior executives’ challenges across various industries, functional areas, and geographies. Drawing from his firsthand experience navigating complex leadership and organizational challenges, John brings a pragmatic and integral perspective to his coaching practice. His typical coaching assignments are with senior leaders taking on increasingly larger challenges and organizations, and he brings a practical approach that empowers leaders to cultivate behaviors that drive sustainable development and growth. 

John holds a master’s degree from the School of Foreign Service at Georgetown University, a B.A. from the University of Richmond, and is a graduate of an ICF-certified Professional Coaching Program based on the adult development theories of Robert Kegan and Ken Wilber’s Integral Theory, among others. 

John is based in Denver and spends his free time escaping to the Rocky Mountains to ski, hike, and stargaze.
