Jess counsels organizations looking to strengthen communication with key internal audiences— from front-line employees and leaders to senior executives. She helps clients align communication across leadership and foster understanding throughout their organizations.
With more than 10 years of professional experience, Jess’s work includes articulating and driving understanding of vision and strategy, developing and executing engagement strategies for change projects, and strengthening the muscle of communication within her client organizations. Her experience in multiple industries has made her adept at navigating the nuanced relationships between leadership and employee stakeholder groups in healthcare, manufacturing, and regulated utilities.
Jess holds a BA in English Literature and History from Rutgers, the State University of New Jersey. She serves on the board of trustees for the Philadelphia Youth Orchestra Music Institute and on the board of directors for the Pennsylvania Parks & Forests Foundation.
She is based in Philadelphia, where she enjoys the Philly food scene and escaping the city for regular camping and hiking trips.
