Jason Shaffer
EXECUTIVE COACH
Jason is a seasoned executive leader with more than two decades of experience guiding complex organizations, developing high-performing teams, and driving strategic growth in defense, local governments, public works, project management, innovation, investment banking, and nonprofits.
Throughout his 25-year career in the United States Air Force, Jason established himself as a trusted advisor and organizational builder. He led global operations across Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and Africa, coordinated large-scale training programs, and partnered with civic and community leaders to strengthen cross-sector collaboration. His leadership has been instrumental in developing the next generation of leaders, with a focus on resilience, accountability, and innovation.
Jason holds a Master of Arts in Homeland Security from American Military University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Troy University. He has also completed executive education at institutions including the University of North Carolina’s Kenan-Flagler Business School, MIT, and the National Defense University.
As an active member of the West Valley Mavericks Foundation, Jason is committed to strengthening his community through philanthropy, mentorship, and outreach. He is also a passionate advocate for veterans, working to ensure that those who have served receive the support and opportunities they deserve.
He is grounded by family and friends and is committed to living resiliently and courageously. He calls Buckeye, AZ home, has been married to his amazing wife for 15 years, and has two active children.
