Jan Lee

Jan designs and conducts research that provides leaders with the data they need to make informed decisions. Addressing diverse issues such as strategic alignment, partnership effectiveness, and customer satisfaction, she employs bespoke methodology to deliver precise results.

With more than 35 years of professional experience, including at IBM, Jan has developed deep expertise and experience in comprehensive analysis approaches. Her work spans a wide range of industries, including consumer products and services, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, technology, and utilities, giving her broad context for issues facing today’s leaders.

Jan holds an MBA from the Owen School of Management at Vanderbilt University. She co-authored the Manufacturing Customer Satisfaction Measurement Handbook and has earned a Six Sigma Black Belt. She previously taught statistical methods for staff at the Wharton School of Management.

Jan is based in Exton, Pennsylvania, where she focuses on her passion for nature, dogs, and her granddaughter.
