Ben’s experience spans the full spectrum of leadership coaching and communication, including providing C-suite counsel, driving team effectiveness, cultivating talent, articulating vision and strategy, honing style and executive presence, and all practical aspects of internal and external communication. His clients include senior leaders and teams at BorgWarner, Broadridge, CDW, Dell, Dine Brands, Interior Architects, LinkedIn, McKesson, Morgan Stanley, New York Life, Point72, Ralph Lauren, Tory Burch, and the U.S. Dairy Industry.
Prior to joining CRA | Admired Leadership, Ben spent 17 years in various leadership roles in IT, operations, marketing, and communications at McDonald’s. Most recently, he served as Chief Communications Officer for McDonald’s USE. In addition to leading the communications function, Ben also served as a member of the company’s cross-functional senior leadership team. Prior to McDonald’s, Ben spent several years at Deloitte Consulting, specializing in retail strategy and process design.
Ben holds a BA in Biological Sciences from DePauw University where he studied as a Science Research Fellow.
Ben resides in Chicago where he enjoys running along the lakefront and exploring new restaurants. He also has a passion for all things design and studied interiors, architecture, and lighting at Parsons | The New School in New York City. Ben serves on the Board of Directors for the AIDS Foundation of Chicago and is a founding member of the Governor’s LGBTQ Advisory Council for the state of Illinois.
