Ha-Young Kwon

Ha-Young advises and partners with communication leaders and teams to develop and implement communication strategy, governance, and messaging.

With experience in nonprofits and events, Ha-Young began her career at the United Nations International Computing Centre (UNICC), where she supported the communications team to develop collateral and news stories for key stakeholders and partner organizations. She works closely with clients in the biotech, education, fast food, healthcare, pharmaceutical, and telecommunications industries. Her specialties include hybrid workforce communication, executive communication, change management, cross-functional collaboration, and communicating strategy in dynamic, fast-paced environments.

Ha-Young holds a BS in Media, Culture, and Communication from New York University, where she studied abroad in Paris and Abu Dhabi. She is fluent in Korean and enjoys volunteering in her community, cheering for the Boston Celtics, and exploring her hometown of Cambridge, Massachusetts.
