Ellie Reese

Ellie partners with communication leaders as they navigate change, drive business results, and foster meaningful connections with employees and key stakeholders. She works with organizations across the biotech, energy, higher education, manufacturing, and pharmaceutical industries to navigate mergers and acquisitions, implement long-term measurement strategies, and build their communication infrastructure.

Prior to joining CRA | Admired Leadership, Ellie earned her PhD in English Literature at the University of Michigan, where her research focused on early nineteenth-century British poetry. She taught courses on writing, argumentation, the British novel, and women writers. She spent her summers as a research and business development consultant for a financial advising firm. Before her graduate work, Ellie graduated summa cum laude from Clemson University.

Ellie is based in Belmont, North Carolina. In her free time, she enjoys shopping for antiques, reading, traveling, discovering new restaurants, and attending her small town’s latest event.
