Ella Waldron

Ella partners with leaders to develop communication strategies and leadership practices that strengthen how they engage their people and achieve meaningful business outcomes.
Prior to joining CRA | Admired Leadership, Ella gained experience in employee and executive communications at ServiceNow. She developed cross-functional communication strategies and led initiatives that created a sense of global community, bringing its employee value proposition to life. Her experience spans large-scale employee engagement programs, leadership-led conversations with outside health and wellbeing experts, executive messaging, and the communications and operational infrastructure behind high-impact global events and executive programs. Through this work, she has developed a growing interest in how AI is reshaping the nature of work, and what that means for how leaders lead and communicate.
Ella holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from the University of Wisconsin–Madison, with an emphasis in Strategic Communications, and a certificate in Digital Studies.
Ella is based in Chicago, Illinois. In her free time, she enjoys walking along the lake, all things health and wellness, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.
