Elana Weinstein

MANAGING DIRECTOR

As a Managing Director in CRA’s Leadership practice, Elana J. Weinstein advises, coaches, and empowers leaders to thrive in complex business environments while identifying the key skills and behaviors necessary to maximize performance. She is passionate about helping leaders build high-performing teams, achieve increased self-awareness, and create positive change.

Elana brings more than two decades of experience in the corporate, academic, and nonprofit sectors and has held senior leadership positions in top Fortune 100 companies, including Goldman Sachs, Bloomberg LP, and Google. In these roles, she supported leaders at all levels with her expertise in change management, team dynamics, and strategic vision. Over her career, Elana has also dedicated significant time to supporting organizations in their community engagement, diversity, equity and inclusion, and social impact efforts.

Elana holds an Ed.M. from the Harvard Graduate School of Education, and a B.A. in English and Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania. She is an accredited coach supervisor through Ashridge Executive Education at the Hult International Business School, and she coaches leaders in Executive Education programs at Harvard Business School. In addition to coaching and leadership development, Elana is passionate about theater, music, skiing, running, crossword puzzles, and volunteering. She is also an amateur lyricist.
