Dr. Noreen O’Neill

K-12 EDUCATION LEADERSHIP COACH

Noreen partners with educators at all levels to deliver exceptional services, facilitate continuous improvement, and produce lasting results for students.

With more than 25 years of professional experience, Noreen has a breadth of experience including serving as a classroom teacher, principal, and in district and intermediate unit leadership roles. Regardless of her role, Noreen develops relationships and empowers teams to meet ambitious goals. This consistent approach has been a trademark of her work regardless of her formal title. It allows her to see multiple perspectives and assist others to grow professionally.

Noreen serves as the Project Director for PDE’s Evidence Resource Center. She also initiated and provides leadership for the Chester County Intermediate Unit – West Chester University Superintendent Letter of Eligibility Program. She designs and delivers professional learning experiences for school district superintendents, assistant superintendents, and principals. These projects are infused with technology to ensure that their impact grows by providing greater access to all learners.

Noreen holds a Doctoral Degree in Education – Leadership and Innovation from Wilmington University. She also earned the Virtual and Online Learning & Teaching (VOLT) Certification from the University of Pennsylvania and the Certified Education Technology Leader (CETL) Certification from the Consortium of School Networking. She enjoys writing about what she learns; recent articles have highlighted Michelangelo’s impact on educational goal setting and Evidence-Based Innovation.

Noreen is based in the Chester County Intermediate Unit in Downingtown, PA, where she enjoys creating systems and opportunities that support educational leaders and all learners.
