Dr. George Fiore

K-12 EDUCATION LEADERSHIP COACH

Dr. Fiore advises educational leaders and organizations on developing innovative strategies that enhance student outcomes and foster leadership excellence. With his extensive experience and passion for transformative education, he guides clients in navigating complex challenges and driving meaningful change.

For more than two decades, he has held pivotal leadership roles in education. Since 2019, he has served as the Executive Director at Chester County Intermediate Unit leading, regional initiatives that support schools and students across southeastern Pennsylvania. Before this role, he was Superintendent of Schools for the Kutztown Area School District and High School Principal at Wilson School District. A highlight of his career was founding and leading the Downingtown STEM Academy, where he pioneered groundbreaking educational programs.

Alongside his administrative roles, Dr. Fiore serves as an adjunct professor in doctoral and educational leadership programs at Kutztown University, Cabrini College, and Wilkes University. He holds a Doctorate in Educational Leadership from Immaculata University, where he researched the impact of heterogeneous grouping on gifted and talented students. He obtained certification as a superintendent through the American Association of School Administrators (AASA) National Superintendent Certification and holds multiple certifications in educational leadership.

Dr. Fiore has served as President of the Pennsylvania Association of School Administrators (PASA) and on the AASA Governing Board. He combines his passion for leadership and innovation with service on several boards, including the CCRES Board, Chester County Economic Development Council, and Children’s Fund of Chester County.

Based in Chester County, Dr. Fiore is a recognized thought leader and published author on educational advancement and leadership development. He combines strategic vision, practical expertise, and a strong commitment to community, inspiring educational leaders to drive transformative change and elevate student success.
