MANAGING DIRECTOR

Daniel works with senior executives and leadership teams to optimize their leadership effectiveness, influence, and followership. His practical approach supports the ability to better perceive and navigate complex organizational challenges and market conditions, build more collaborative teams, and demonstrate resilience and resourcefulness through leadership and organizational transitions.

With more than 25 years of professional experience, Daniel has leveraged his expertise across a wide range of industries, including management consulting and professional services, finance, energy, public affairs, retail, healthcare, information technology, and defense. His recent clients include Arevon Energy, Davidson Kempner, Deloitte, Morgan Stanley, Nationwide, Oscar, the Pentagon, Rails to Trails, Signal Group, the Solar Energies Industry Association, TransAlta, and Zachry.

Daniel is a proud graduate of The College of William & Mary and holds a Master’s degree in Health Policy and Management and Certificate in Health Finance and Management from Johns Hopkins University. He holds a Certificate in Leadership Coaching from Georgetown University and is credentialed as a Professional Certified Coach by the International Coach Federation, where he serves as a mentor. Daniel is the co-author of two popular books on professional coaching: The Coaching Companion: Get the Most from Your Coaching Experience and Leverage Your Leader-Coach.

When he is not actively coaching and advising, Daniel can be found playing music and hiking trails in the Washington, DC area with his family. He also holds a black belt in the martial art Aikido, and teaches nationally on the application of traditional martial arts training in leadership development.
