Craig Revord advises CEO’s and senior leaders in shaping collaborative, high-performance, and growth-oriented teams and cultures. Working across many sectors including healthcare, consumer goods, finance and technology, Craig’s expertise lies in enabling team effectiveness, navigating successful transitions, and the strengthening of executive’s leadership style and impact.
Having spent the larger part of the last decade as Executive Coach to late-stage start-up CEO’s in addition to multiple in-house roles as Head of Culture, Craig specializes in advising leaders through fast paced and dynamic contexts where distilling complexity, navigating change and managing strategic communication are essential to growth. Craig’s client base includes both fortune 500 organizations and growth stage start-ups where he is a trusted resource in aligning stakeholder interests, enhancing executive decision making, and optimizing feedback and visibility across teams.
Prior to his executive coaching career, Craig facilitated outdoor leadership development experiences across the US, ran a successful psychotherapy private practice for nearly a decade, held various leadership roles in both corporate and start-up environments globally, and ran Program Development at Techstars, a global start-up accelerator organization.
Craig is an EMCC Accredited Executive Coach, Certified Systemic Team Coach, Techstars Mentor, Accredited Enneagram Practitioner with IEQ9, Certified Gestalt Therapist, and Licensed Psychotherapist. Craig holds an MA in Counseling Psychology and a BAA in Experiential Education. Craig is also Board Member at Slow Food NYC and facilitates Sailing based Leadership Development experiences in partnership with the Sailing Collective.
Craig is based in NYC. In his spare time, you can find him trying his luck with a duck ragu, or planning his next trip to Sicily with his wife and two sons.
