
Courtney Storz
MANAGING DIRECTOR
Courtney advises clients on identifying, selecting, and developing top talent. She designs customized selection frameworks, conducts and delivers leadership assessments, consults on succession planning, facilitates leadership dialogues, and engages in executive coaching.
With more than 25 years of professional experience, Courtney has extensive expertise as a Human Resources executive, most recently as a Managing Director at Citi on the Talent Acquisition and People Insights team. There, she served as Global Head of Early Career Programs, responsible for new hires’ end-to-end recruiting and program experience, including overarching strategy, attraction and branding; selection and assessment; talent reviews; promotions; learning and development; and compensation. Additionally, she served as an Executive Coach for leadership programs geared toward high-potential directors and managing directors. Before Citi, she spent time in Talent Acquisition at the law firm of Shearman & Sterling, and she started her career as a consultant at Accenture. Her experience managing high-volume hiring operations and leading large teams provides her with a firsthand understanding of the power of the Admired Leadership approach.
Courtney holds a BA in Economics and Psychology from Boston College. She is a frequent speaker on talent, with a particular focus on the often-overlooked dimension of potential. She is certified in the Hogan Personality Assessment.
Courtney lives in Westchester County, New York, with her husband, four children, and two Australian Labradoodles. In her free time, she actively participates in various school and community activities, enjoys riding her Peloton bike, and loves reading mystery novels.
