Chloe Toole

Chloe partners with communication leaders and their teams to implement effective strategies and develop impactful messages that drive organizational outcomes.
Prior to joining CRA | Admired Leadership, Chloe began her professional journey in education, where she managed internal and external communications at a college preparatory school. She shaped and executed comprehensive communication strategies, leading initiatives spanning institutional messaging, publications, and multimedia content. Her work focused on translating complex information into clear, engaging communications that strengthened connections with stakeholders.
Chloe earned a BA in Organizational Sciences with a minor in Communication from George Washington University. During her time in Washington, D.C., she supported communication and alumni engagement initiatives at the Trachtenberg School of Public Policy and Public Administration.
A native of New Jersey, Chloe currently lives in Chicago and enjoys crafting, documentaries, spending time at the beach, and being with her family, especially her seven siblings.
