Carly Otte

Carly partners with leaders and organizations to navigate change, build alignment, and drive meaningful impact. She brings a storyteller’s instinct to her work, translating complex ideas into clear, resonant messages. 

Prior to joining CRA | Admired Leadership, Carly spent more than a decade building expertise in communication strategy across the arts, nonprofit, and public sectors. She held leadership roles at the International Free Expression Project and the National Opera House, and worked as an independent consultant on projects spanning public art, international events, historic preservation, and civic advocacy. She brings a deep understanding of how audiences across sectors think, respond, and engage to her client work. 

Carly holds a BFA from Point Park University and is based in Philadelphia, where she pursues her passion for storytelling as an actor, filmmaker, and improv instructor.
