Brittany Téllez

MANAGING DIRECTOR

Brittany advises senior leaders and coaches teams on driving desired outcomes through strategic communication. She partners with leaders to articulate vision and design strategy, with an emphasis on communicating and leading with credibility, especially in times of transition.

With more than a decade of professional experience, Brittany honed her expertise within the second-largest education member organization in the United States, and later with the fastest-growing member organization in Pennsylvania for healthcare professionals. Since then, she has worked with clients across various industries, including agriculture, education, healthcare, manufacturing, technology, and non-profits. Her clients have come to rely on her experience in campaign management, contract implementation, evaluation of organizational structures, and developing deep community relationships to architect inclusive strategies that eschew convention and offer innovative solutions to complex challenges.

Brittany holds BAs in International Relations and Spanish from Lock Haven University and an MA in Government and Politics from St. John’s University. She is proficient in Spanish and has served in advisory roles for local animal welfare and urban farming non-profits.   

Brittany is based in Philadelphia where she can be found eating her way through the city’s vibrant, James Beard Award–winning culinary scene or training for her next marathon.
