Bradley coaches and advises senior leaders on deliberate development and influential relationship and communication skills. He guides clients on how to become the best version of themselves, to cultivate their leadership practice from their core authenticity and innate uniqueness.
With over three decades of leadership experience, Bradley shares deep experience as an organizational change strategist, coalition builder, and transformative communications expert. His clients span a variety of industries including academia, finance, government, healthcare, information technology, risk management services, and the public sector.
Bradley spent the last 18 years at the intersection of academia, coaching excellence and healthcare innovation as an adjunct professor at Arizona State University and as a Chief Information Officer at CommonSpirit Health. Bradley spent 12 years as a United States Air Force officer serving throughout Europe, the Middle East, and Africa leading diverse, multi-cultural teams toward a common mission.
Bradley holds a BA in Legal Studies from the United States Air Force Academy, an MA in Philosophy from Holy Apostles College & Seminary, and an Executive MBA from Arizona State University, W. P. Carey School of Business.
Bradley is based in Scottsdale, Arizona where he dedicates his leadership and talent to his community.
