Bob Trejo

MANAGING DIRECTOR

Bob leverages three decades of experience with global teams in the energy and financial sectors to help clients build and forge a team of leaders. He coaches clients on how to develop and maintain long-term relationships, inspire followership, and build strong and inclusive teams.

Prior to joining CRA | Admired Leadership, Bob led a global team at JPMorgan Chase tasked with ensuring best-in-class standards and controls across the bank’s physical portfolios in energy and metals. Earlier in his career, Bob’s focus was the electric power industry, starting with a decade in commercial nuclear power plant operations, and later transitioning to the nascent energy trading market. Bob built and led energy trading teams at Exelon, JPMorgan Chase, Morgan Stanley, and PP&L, and was instrumental in many of these firms’ entries into power markets throughout the US, Canada, Latin America, and Europe.

Bob has gained and demonstrated cultural fluency by coaching and developing leaders throughout Latin America and Europe. He has successfully launched and led diverse employee resource groups and coach leaders to drive inclusion and belonging within their teams.

Bob holds a BS in Nuclear Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. Raised in Mexico City, Bob has three adult children and lives with his wife in suburban Philadelphia. His interests include foreign languages and travel, cooking, cycling, and backpacking. He is passionate about developing young leaders through the Scouting movement and currently leads a large Scout troop in his community.
