Andrea advises senior and emerging leaders primarily in financial services, pharmaceutical, and technology firms. She specializes in helping leaders build their own leadership style and establish organizational credibility through sourcing, developing, and building strong teams. Andrea brings strong global experience and has a passion for working with distributed teams to increase relationships, communication, and productivity. Her work also focuses on advising leaders as they manage through significant change and has provided leadership through IT and HR transformation efforts. Andrea provides expertise to clients in elevating the strategic performance of HR groups and provides a leadership program for HR professionals.
Prior to CRA | Admired Leadership, Andrea provided global HR strategy and programs for Enterprise IT at Fidelity. She was also co-founder of a software services and technology company (private to public), and her consulting practice includes American Airlines, Bank of America / Merrill Lynch, CSC, Groupe Bull, HP, Merck, Met Life, Netsiel, and RSA.
Andrea lives in Lexington, Massachusetts and enjoys the cultural and food experiences of Boston, the beauty of the Cape, and the mountains of New Hampshire.
