Amy supports communication leaders and teams in delivering compelling messages that drive outcomes. Her professional experience includes working with leaders to launch multi-year transformation initiatives, communicate during times of change, and galvanize personal and professional development within their teams.
Prior to joining CRA | Admired Leadership, Amy worked at TransUnion and Burns & McDonnell, gaining experience in disciplines such as social impact and executive communications. She led the strategic planning and communication for various in-person, hybrid, and virtual leadership events.
Amy holds a BS in Marketing from the University of Kansas. She is proficient in Chinese in addition to English, her native language, and holds a special passion for cross-cultural learning and understanding. A proud Chicagoan, she regularly takes long walks in the city and loves performing with her local hip-hop dance crew.
