Developing effective leaders is how good organizations prepare to become great. Unfortunately, the standard programs and offerings to assist organizations in this endeavor largely focus on the psychological aspects of who leaders are and how they can better understand themselves. Knowing ourselves is foundational but insufficient. To get better, leaders need to go beyond appreciating their biases and tendencies.

We believe conversation is the key to lasting development and change. Admired Leadership Dialogues help an identified group of leaders increase their credibility and effectiveness, while raising the level of leadership they provide to their teams and the organization. It’s a mix of feedback, individual coaching, and peer dialogue, uniquely designed to create real habits and routines that apply in everyday leadership situations.
