Yesim Gozen

Yesim coaches and advises senior executives and leadership teams in big tech, finance, and other multinational corporations. She specializes in helping leaders navigate complex team dynamics, build high-performing teams, and effectively manage performance. Her expertise also covers corporate politics, strengthening executive presence, fostering cultural diversity, and managing change.  

Yesim has 20+ years of Commercial and People Leadership experience at high tech, including Google, Microsoft, and Oracle. During her tenure as a senior leader, she has developed a deep understanding of navigating Power Dynamics, Leadership Challenges, Career Development, and Change Management & Transformation, partnering with senior internal and external stakeholders.  In her role as a senior leader at Google, Yesim successfully led and coached regional and global teams, leveraging her rich cross-cultural knowledge and deep understanding of power dynamics and leadership challenges. Inspired by the transformative power of coaching, Yesim shifted her career focus and completed INSEAD’s International Coaching Programme. 

Yesim holds a BA in International Relations, Faculty of Economics from Istanbul University, and completed her Executive MBA at Bilgi University in conjunction with Manchester Business School. She also completed Executive Certification programs in Strategy and Leadership at Harvard and Duke University to further support her continuous learning and development. Along with her INSEAD ICC Certification as an Executive and Team Coach, she also holds an ACC certification by ICF.
