
Heidi Jackson Everett
MANAGING DIRECTOR
Heidi is a trusted senior advisor to clients, specializing in leadership and change management. For nearly three decades, she has partnered with public, nonprofit, and private sector leaders to navigate complex talent and organizational development challenges and opportunities.
Drawing on her experience as a public board director, startup advisor, nonprofit board chair, Air Force veteran officer, Inc. 5000 founder, and certified executive coach, Heidi brings unique insight to the complex intersection of people, business systems, regulatory frameworks, and market dynamics.
Heidi has guided leaders within technology, management consulting, healthcare, media and entertainment, and private equity. She also brings extensive experience in public and nonprofit sectors, supporting clients in education and across defense and civil agencies. She has led organizational transformation, global enterprise restructuring and integration, crisis management, new strategy development, change management, and executive search and transition.
Heidi received her BS from Duke University and an MBA from Georgetown University. She holds a certificate in Mergers & Acquisitions from the Wharton School’s Executive Education Program at the University of Pennsylvania. She is a certified Prosci Change Management Professional, a member of the National Association of Corporate Directors, and an International Coaching Federation Professional Certified Coach.
Based in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area, Heidi lives with her college sweetheart husband and their two children. Having grown up in a military family, Heidi lived around the world and continues to enjoy travel. She loves live music and the performing arts, influenced by her years playing piano and saxophone.
Heidi serves as an adjunct professor for Duke University’s Sanford School of Public Policy’s Master of Public Affairs program, teaching the core course of Leadership, Management, and Change.
