Dan Goffredo

K-12 EDUCATION LEADERSHIP COACH

Dan coaches and supports school leaders in fulfilling their visions and enhancing their leadership capabilities.

With more than 30 years of experience in the field of education, Dan has served in a variety of educational roles ranging from superintendent, assistant superintendent, high school principal, middle/high school teacher, and athletic coach. He also has experience working in a variety of public school districts with the majority of his career spent in southeastern Pennsylvania.

Dan continually engages a variety of stakeholders including school board directors, staff members, families, community members, and students. During his time in school administration, Dan oversaw a variety of construction projects, including the construction of a new school, while maintaining high standards in a growing and high-performing school district. Although focused on the development of leaders in education, Dan’s student-centered approach ensures school leaders maximize their abilities to benefit all children.

Dan holds an AB in History from Duke University, and an MA in Secondary Education from East Stroudsburg University. He earned his Ed.D. in Educational Leadership from Immaculata University. Dan is a Pennsylvania native and works in the Philadelphia suburbs where he is the current Superintendent of Schools.
