Stephanie advises CEOs, boards, and C-suite clients on leadership development, CEO succession, M&A integration, change management, and board effectiveness. She works with Fortune 500, private equity, and technology companies, as well as public institutions.
With more than 25 years of experience, including at McKinsey & Company, Stephanie has held executive roles as a leadership advisor, CEO, entrepreneur, and board member. Most recently, she co-founded and served as President & COO of BEGiN, a leading global early learning brand, and was CEO of the NYC Fund for Public Schools (FPS) under Mike Bloomberg. At BEGiN, she grew revenues to more than $75M, expanded the team to more than 250 employees, acquired four companies, and secured $200M in capital. At FPS, she developed a playbook for public-private partnerships, raising $175M for NYC education reforms, now emulated in cities like Los Angeles and Chicago. At both organizations, she established inaugural boards.

Stephanie holds a BS in Geophysics from UCLA’s Earth and Space Science and an MPP in Public Policy from Harvard Kennedy School, where she was a Kennedy Fellow. She is a featured speaker and writer — including for Morning Joe, Yahoo Finance, Bloomberg International, The New York Times, Forbes, Financial Times — and she was featured in “Crains 40 under 40.”
Based in Miami, Stephanie is deeply involved in education and improving outcomes for children. She grew up on a walnut farm in California, crediting her success to the generosity of others.
