Who Should Attend
The Admired Leadership Institute Miraval Austin is a bespoke experience for senior female leaders who currently hold significant and growing responsibilities. The program is limited to 18 participants and is ideally suited for leaders with an interest in learning new routines and behaviors to elevate their mindset, harness energy, and sustain elite performance over time.
Faculty
Leticia Hartmann, MA, PCC is a seasoned executive coach with expertise in advising diverse global teams across a wide range of industries. Her clients include leaders and C-suite executives in organizations such as Dell Technologies, Morgan Stanley, BlackRock, Ardian, Microsoft, Oppenheimer, Charles Schwab, and Meta. Leticia is a guest lecturer and facilitator on Admired Leadership®, Leadership Style, and Leading Virtually. She is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and holds a Professional Coach Certification from the University of Miami. She has a graduate degree in International Business and Marketing from Florida International University and completed an Executive Program in Leadership at Stanford Graduate School of Business.
Suzanne Peterson, PH.D. provides counsel and coaching to senior leaders primarily on Wall Street and at other financial services companies. Emphasizing leadership style and credibility, effective communication, and relationship building as building blocks to leadership success, she helps propel her clients towards excellence. Her recent clients include leaders in firms such as Morgan Stanley, JP Morgan Chase, Charles Schwab, Cowen, BlackRock, Piper Jaffray, Fidelity, Prudential, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Société Générale, USAA, and Ayco, among others. Suzanne is a highly sought-after speaker where she shares the CRA | Admired Leadership® viewpoint that emphasizes the behaviors that characterize the world’s most effective leaders. Suzanne serves on the faculty of the Thunderbird School of Global Management, and prior to joining CRA and entering academia, she worked as a change management consultant. She holds a BA in psychology and an MBA and Ph.D. in organizational behavior from the University of Southern California and University of Nebraska, respectively.
Guest Speaker: Dr. Jessica Payne is a Professor of Psychology at the University of Notre Dame, where she directs the Sleep, Stress, and Memory Lab. She earned her Ph.D. in Psychology and Cognitive Neuroscience at the University of Arizona and completed a post-doctoral fellowship at Harvard Medical School. Dr Payne’s research focuses on how sleep and stress independently influence human memory, emotion, creativity, performance, and brain function.
